It will still take a while until the release of iOS 13 but in a very belated manner Apple finally catches up with Android, at least with mouse control by an external usb or bluetooth mouse.
It will probably be September before we can test these features out and see how much they will meet needs, but the good thing is, if they do, then those with iPhones and iPads will no longer have to struggle where those who switched to Android have had access to such features for years.
Quick summary, as well as the mouse control, is they claim far enhanced Siri allowing greater dictation and control by voice. Also a Show Numbers feature that puts a number against all icons and links allowing navigation by voice by simply saying the number you want.
